Your order is shipped in complete discretion: no logo, branding, or indication of the package contents appears on the box.

We ship throughout Canada.

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

Quebec and Ontario

  • Flat-rate shipping: $14.99 + taxes

  • Delivery time: 1 to 5 business days

  • An additional $10 fee applies to PO Box addresses (an agent will contact you).

  • In-person pickup is not available (delivery only).

Other Provinces

  • $29.99 flat-rate shipping to Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia.

  • For the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Newfoundland and Labrador, shipping fees are calculated by Canada Post.

  • An additional $10 fee applies to PO Box addresses (an agent will contact you if applicable).

🚚 If You Are Not Home

  • The carrier will attempt to leave the package in a secure location.

  • If this is not possible, a notice will be left and the package will be available for pickup at the post office (for up to 14 days).

  • Only one delivery attempt will be made.

If the package is returned to SaniPremium:

  • You may request reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund less the shipping costs.

  • The original shipping and return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

🏠 Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Shipping fees must be paid again for reshipment.

  • A refund may be issued, less the original and return shipping costs.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted, whether the product has been opened or not. This policy also applies to products whose packaging has been modified by the manufacturer.

  • Photos may be requested for quality assurance purposes.
