Shipping is completely discreet: no logo, branding, or indication of the contents appears on the box.

We ship across Canada and the United States.

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

Quebec and Ontario

  • Free shipping for orders of $129+ (before taxes and discounts).

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.

  • $14.99 + taxes for orders under $129.

  • $10 fee for PO Box addresses (a representative will contact you).

  • In-person pickup is not available — delivery only.

Other Provinces

  • $19.99 for Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, British Columbia.

  • For Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Newfoundland & Labrador, fees are calculated by Canada Post.

  • $10 fee for PO Boxes; a representative will contact you if applicable.

🚚 If You Are Not Home

  • The carrier will attempt to leave the package in a safe location.

  • If this is not possible, a notice will be left for pickup at the post office (held for up to 14 days).

  • Only one delivery attempt is made.

If the package is returned to SaniPremium:

  • You may request reshipping (fees apply) or a refund minus shipping fees.

  • Initial shipping and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

🏠 Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Shipping fees must be paid again.

  • A refund is possible, minus round-trip shipping fees.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

For sanitary reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted, whether the product is opened or unopened.
This policy also applies to products whose packaging has been modified by the manufacturer.
